Neven Career Management argues various tracks for companies for personal development, mobility or outplacement. It always starts with the contract phase, where both the questions of the company as the employee is set. Ideally, these are largely similar. Sometimes there are conflicting interests and Neven Career Management will be able to play the role of mediator.
With an operating range the length is predetermined. The location of performance could be ours or those of the company. There will be clear agreements on feedback and reporting. A business process ends with a final report for company and client.
When there practically individual trajectories involved, there must be mentioned that we also have experience in collective projects.For the Royal Library in The Hague, we have created a component of an MD program. In the beginning an interview with a profile has been made of the desired strategic objective of this organization. All managers have made an MBTI. The results are discussed in individual interviews. There has been explored how the leaders of their style and skills could link the strategic objectives. Management has used these reports to make management agreements.
