A track by Neven Career Management
When you start this journey, the first step could be a biographical interview: an extended conversation about your life, youth, school career and first choices. After this we look at the situation now: your work, your private life. We try to analyze and discover patterns. Where do you attach to, where’s the problem.
I work with tracks with a minimum of three sessions. After the first session, we are able to work together to predict the future.
Because we work on the basis of insight into personal development, the method of Myers Briggs Type Indicator is always part of the track. This method provides an insight into the building blocks of your personality. It works like a selfscorable test which you can fill in at home quietly between the first and second session. In this way you make yourself a profile, and also the way of interpretation will be explained in the first session. This is accelerating the process. In the second session we will go further in the process.
Other methods we can use are highly dependent on the questions of the client. Neven Career Management has got accreditations for many methods.
