MBTI, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

The MBTI is a method based on the theories of Swiss psychologist Dr Carl Gustav Jung. With the MBTI, participants will get insight into factors that affect temperament is, the natural orientation.Think of the difference in the degree of introversion and extraversion, the way you refresh. Or receipt of information: global or retail? The underlying theory tells us that from a very young age of the poles of one dimension gets the upper hand and so a natural preference develops. The score on a questionnaire and then classifying answers you discover your psychological type. There are 16 types in the MBTI. Again and again clients are surprised by the high visibility of the results the underlying theory of coherence and applicability in daily (work) situations.


FIRO-B, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation Behaviour.

The FIRO-B based on the theory of the psychologist Schutz, consists of an international questionnaire (in English) over three areas of interpersonal needs. Thus, patterns of interpersonal behavior visible and expectations. You scored in areas participating in groups, power and influence and needed warmth and empathy. Of these domains is scored both the behavior that you go public if the behavior to which deep down you need. Differences between them explain the difference in effectiveness and some degree of authentic leadership behavior in such situations.

 


LSI, Life Styles Inventory.

NEO-PI-R (Big Five competenties).

The NEO-PI-R measures the five personality characteristics, a base that underlies various skills.These are the degree of neuroticism, extraversion, openness, altruism and conscientiousness. NEO provides information on the socio-emotional and regulative capacity: can anyone work under great pressure, is anyone able to create groups to lead, persuade and motivate, is someone able to stay calm in conflict situations, can someone focus attention in a lengthy task?


Carrieer anchor.

A questionnaire was created to career-oriented values mapping. A career anchor is a value that determines in career choices such as challenge, integrated lifestyle (balance between work and home, between work and care), dedication, independence and expertise. Experience shows that people are more effective if the work complies with the career anchor.


Thurstone careertest.

A (classical) vocational questionnaire that provides insight into application domains where one might prefer to work. That means a long series of questions pass through every conceivable item two professions in the Netherlands. With the score position appears to involve choices in fields such as science, engineering-, bio-medical, social work and artistic-musical.
