Founder and Director Drs Esther Neven (The Hague, 1963) is management developer and educational consultant. She has wide experience in the field of MD at two large employers, the City of Rotterdam and the Office National Police and Fire Management Development. For the latter organization she still works.

Earlier in her career she worked as a policy officer for adult education, head of the Training of the Ministry of Education and study leader of the HBO training Staff and Labour at the University of Leiden. There she was leading them and gave colleges career development and management.

Esther Neven combines knowledge and skills in the areas of personal development, competencies and management development with thorough understanding and interest in life, personal leadership and organizations.

She has three children, and combines work and care. Much energy she draws from nature and her garden in particular.
